Your mission

You are a skilled Engineer with expertise in statistical analysis, data engineering, and building scalable ML solutions. At PXL Vision, you’ll join our Core Technology Team, which drives both the research and implementation of state-of-the-art solutions in biometrics and personal document scanning. Together, we’ll build sustainable, scalable and robust systems that directly shape the future of identity verification and power PXL Vision’s cutting-edge digital identity technology stack.

What you bring

Develop and optimise infrastructure to evaluate complex computer vision solutions at scale.
Ensure performance excellence by applying scientific rigor to evaluate, monitor, and improve our identity verification solutions in production.
Contribute to cutting-edge Machine Learning solutions by building scalable, product-oriented machine learning pipelines and improving existing systems.
Design and manage data pipelines to efficiently gather, preprocess, and transform large datasets for ML training and support performance monitoring in production.
Solve real-world data challenges by addressing complex data taxonomy issues, ensuring our solutions accurately model and process real-world scenarios.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product and operations, to ensure alignment on ML-driven solutions.
Innovate and lead by contributing ideas and implementing solutions that take our technology and Products to the next level.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Min. 4 years of experience in software development in Python, with a focus on machine learning and data engineering.
Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries and tuning performance.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills and excellent command of English.
Familiarity with other programming languages such as C++ or Java is a plus.
