At PXL Vision, you will be at the forefront of driving the successful delivery of both R&D and customer projects. You’ll play a vital role in coordinating internal technical teams, supporting client integrations and contributing to the overall roadmap. Your technical expertise and proactive communication style will help ensure smooth collaboration and excellent client experiences.

What you bring

Coordinate technical teams to ensure timely delivery of both R&D and customer projects.
Build and maintain excellent professional relationships with our clients, acting as the main technical point of contact.
Provide onsite integration support to clients during the setup phase of a project.
Manage and track the development and implementation of client requests throughout the project lifecycle.
Support the sales team with technical sales topics, cost estimations, and change request management.
Take ownership of technical project documentation, setup tracking, and overall project management.
Contribute to overall roadmap planning and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field and a minimum of 3 years’ management experience in the IT field as a Technical Project Manager.
Excellent communicator in both German and English, with the ability to exchange confidently with customers and internal teams.
Responsible team player who is proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of taking ownership.
Excellent time management, analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of computer vision and machine learning is a plus.
