You bring legal clarity with a pragmatic mindset. You’re structured, solution-oriented and confident handling contracts and compliance in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. You thrive in autonomy but enjoy collaborating across departments to bring legal value into business context.

What you bring

Draft, review and negotiate national and international contracts (SaaS, IT, procurement)
Support cross-functional legal questions across the company (e.g. marketing, HR, product, new business areas)
Manage and improve our contract management system
Coordinate with external legal advisors/law firms
Ensure legal compliance across key business areas (data protection, employment law, regulatory topics, etc.)

Requirements

Completed legal studies (1st State Exam, LL.B., LL.M., dipl. Wirtschaftsjurist*in or similar)
Strong knowledge of contract law
Willingness to engage in comparative legal topics (esp. Swiss civil law)
Interest in automation of legal workflows and use of AI tools for standard processes
Ideally, experience with regulatory topics (e.g. finance or IT sector)
Excellent German and business-level English
Occasional travel to the Zurich HQ

Was du mitbringst

Entwurf, Prüfung und Verhandlung von nationalen und internationalen Verträgen (SaaS, IT, Einkauf)
Unterstützung bei allgemeinen rechtlichen Fragestellungen im Unternehmen (Marketing, HR, Produkt, neue Geschäftsfelder)
Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Vertragsmanagement Systems
Koordination externer Rechtsberater:innen/Kanzleien
Sicherstellung der Compliance in Bereichen wie Datenschutz, Arbeitsrecht, regulatorische Anforderungen etc.

Anforderungen

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften oder im Wirtschaftsrecht (1. Staatsexamen, LL.B., LL.M. oder gleichwertig)
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht
Bereitschaft zur Auseinandersetzung mit rechtsvergleichenden Fragestellungen (v. a. Schweizer Zivilrecht)
Interesse an der Automatisierung juristischer Prozesse (KI, Tools, Makros etc.)
Idealerweise Erfahrung mit regulatorischen Themen (z. B. Finanz- oder IT-Sektor)
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und verhandlungssicheres Englisch
Reisebereitschaft für gelegentliche Besuche am Hauptsitz in Zürich
