Enterprise Account Executive (100%) (m/v/d)

Your mission

We are looking for a driven Enterprise Account Executive to help us grow our presence in regulated industries across DACH. This is an individual contributor role focused on new business development, where you will own your market and play a key role in expanding our presence across regulated industries. You will work in an open, collaborative environment with a strong can-do mentality, where initiative and ownership are encouraged and where people who drive impact and contribute to our growth are recognised as the company scales.

What you bring

You

  • Own and drive the full enterprise sales cycle: identify opportunities, approach and engage decision-makers, build trusted relationships, negotiate solutions, and close new business.

  • Analyse market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and proactively open new revenue streams.

  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM systems to track progress and forecast sales performance.

  • Build and maintain a robust, high-quality pipeline aligned with revenue goals.

  • Understand customer challenges and position tailored SaaS solutions through a consultative approach, reflecting the strong trust our clients place in PXL Vision as a strategic technology partner.

  • Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to tailor pitches and solutions to client needs.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across the DACH region, travelling as required to build relationships, strengthen brand presence, and generate new business opportunities.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally within regulated industries such as banking, insurance, identity verification, or other compliance-heavy sectors.

  • Experience managing complex sales cycles within regulated industries, engaging multiple stakeholders across large organisations.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate ROI and value-based propositions to senior decision-makers (including C-level executives).

  • Experience in consultative, solution-based selling, ideally with exposure to enterprise IT architecture, security, or compliance-related solutions.

  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken), with strong communication and presentation skills in both languages.

  • Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable operating autonomously as an individual contributor in a fast-paced environment.

  • University degree (Bachelor’s or higher).
