Your mission

We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive (New Business) to drive strategic revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing high-value enterprise opportunities. This is an individual contributor role for a sales professional who thrives on building new relationships, penetrating untapped markets, and developing long-term partnerships that deliver substantial business impact.

What you bring

  • Develop and execute a targeted new business sales strategy for enterprise-level clients.

  • Identify, prospect and engage decision-makers within large, complex organisations.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to signed contract, including discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.

  • Build and maintain a robust, high-quality pipeline aligned with revenue goals.

  • Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to tailor pitches and solutions to client needs.

  • Analyse market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and proactively open new revenue streams.

  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM systems to track progress and forecast sales performance.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence and generate leads.

  • Travel to client sites, events, and meetings in DACH region as needed.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 5–8+ years of enterprise-level B2B new business sales experience with a proven track record of success.

  • Open to Associate-level candidates (2–4 years of experience) with specific market knowledge in SaaS solutions for the banking, insurance, or high-compliance industries (e.g., identity verification or fraud prevention).

  • University degree (Bachelor’s or higher).

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate ROI and value-based propositions to C-suite executives.

  • Proven expertise in consultative and solution-based selling, ideally with exposure to enterprise IT architecture, security, or compliance solutions.

  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken), with excellent communication skills in both languages.

  • Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness and ability to travel as required to develop and maintain client relationships.
