Interim Head of Marketing (12-Month Contract, 80% - 100%) (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on B2B Marketing Manager to execute our marketing 2027 strategic goals during a 12-month fixed term contract. 

In this role, you will act as the strategic hub for our marketing efforts. You will steer our budget, agencies, and high-level messaging, while actively mentoring our internal team of two. We operate with a modern, AI-leveraged, and agile mindset: you will guide the overarching strategy while diving hands-on into high-impact content and MarTech alignment. You will report directly to our CRO and work closely with our Sales and Product teams.

PXL Vision is a Swiss premium provider of identity verification and electronic signature for companies. Based on artificial intelligence, PXL Vision offers a highly flexible, modular and configurable software platform for secure and fully automated identity verification to meet complex requirements worldwide.

• Own the execution of our 2027 marketing goals, manage the marketing budget, and deliver monthly performance reporting (Leads, SQLs, marketing-generated ARR). 

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing internal marketing team of two. 

• Steer external agencies for SEA, SEO, CRO, and PR to strict performance targets and drive co-marketing initiatives with key partners .

• Partner closely with Sales to ensure a seamless handover of inbound leads and align on outbound initiatives.

• Co-develop positioning and content creation for our core products. Drive SEO-optimized content around complex regulatory topics (GwG, FINMA, e-ID, AMLR) and build high-conversion sales enablement materials.

• Oversee the website and localized content via HubSpot CMS, plus control of HubSpot data quality and automation  for Sales and Customer Success.

• Manage the end-to-end strategic planning for physical events, webinars, and trade shows, delegating logistical execution to the internal team.

• Take a hands-on approach leveraging state of the art AI tools for diverse marketing efforts.

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within the SaaS, RegTech, or FinTech sectors, including direct people management.

• Demonstrated experience driving B2B public relations and can effectively steer external PR agencies to secure high-value placements.

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• Deep knowledge of the HubSpot ecosystem (CMS, CRM, Reporting) and a proven track record of data-driven funnel optimization.

• Hands-on experience managing performance channels (SEA, SEO/GEO, LinkedIn) and successfully steering external agencies.

• A strong willingness to dive into complex regulatory frameworks (Identification, GwG/FINMA, e-ID, QES) and translate them into compelling, digestible content.

• Native-level fluency in German and excellent English. Deep understanding of the Swiss and DACH business landscapes.

• A true can-do and hands-on mentality. You are as comfortable presenting strategy to the board as you are building a landing page or writing a newsletter.

• You support our 2027 narrative, optimize our operational flows, and fully contribute your creative vision to our market strategy.

• You will partner closely with a fully motivated, high-performing Sales and Marketing team that is aligned and ready to execute.
